Conventional GFRP rebar! LIGHTplus® is designed for low loads!
LIGHTplus® GFRP rebar is a conventional type of GFRP rebar based on glass fiber with 83% adhesion to concrete. It is widely applied at low loads and is the very first type of reinforced polymer rebar in the world!
LIGHTplus® GFRP reinforcement rebar is a non-metallic reinforced polymer bar based on glass fibers, which are impregnated with thermos hardening and thermoplastic polymer binder and are cured. While its manufacture our GFRP rebar is designed with a special rib. These type of GFRP rebar has 83% adhesion to concrete.
Proven convention and trusted heritage is LIGHTplus GFRP rebar!

Due to the fact that GFRP rebar is 2-2.5 times stronger at break, GFRP rebar with a smaller diameter can substitute steel bars:

In order to deliver 2 km of steel bars you will need special-purpose equipment, and in order to conduct loading and unloading you will need pretty much time and workers. More over, the cost of all these operations will be quite price.
In order to deliver 2 km of LIGHTplus® GFRP rebar you will just need a car. Due to the fact that GFRP rebar can be delivered in coils/rolls and its weight is about 10 times lower than of steel bars, loading and unloading operations will take just about 15 minutes and 1 worker.

GFRP rebar LIGHTplus
Since conventional composite rebar is slidable and has 83% adhesion to concrete, its application is limited and suitable for constructions with low loads only. Composite rebar with sand coating HARDplus® has no such disadvantages, which makes it twice more reliable!
