Anglo-Ukrainian Group «IMPERATYV» is integrated manufacturing plants with complete production cycle. Plant No. 1 manufactures GFRP rebar HARDplus® and LIGHTplus®, plant supports and stakes LIGHTgreen®, GFRP rebar LIGHTstem® for greenhouse, thermal insulation anchor TERMOhard®, mine anchor LIGHTbar®. Maximum plant capacity is over 1 000 000 lin.m. of GFRP rebar per month.
WE MANUFACTURE
GFRP rebar LIGHTplus® is traditional glass fiber reinforced polymer rebar with die rolling profile and deformed section. This GFRP rebar type has 83% adhesion to concrete and is applicable for low loads.
GFRP rebar HARDplus® is glass fiber reinforced polymer rebar of new generation, which has 100% adhesion to concrete. Due to high adhesion to concrete the load is distributed evenly over GFRP rebar rod, which allows to withstand significant loads. This GFRP rebar type is applicable for high-loaded structures and is more reliable than traditional GFRP rebar.

WE MANUFACTURE
GFRP mesh HARDmesh® is GFRP mesh is advanced alternate and substitution of steel wire mesh. It does not corrode, it is 5 times lighter, it does not conduct heat, it is delivered in coils or rolls, its ultimate tensile strength is twice as high as steel wire mesh.

HARDmesh® GFRP mesh is a composite polymer mesh based on glass fiber and used for reinforcement in concrete. HARDmesh® can substitute steel wire mesh!
Over 1 270 000 sqm/per year of HARDmesh® GFRP mesh have been applied while construction
HARDmesh® is a fiberglass mesh made from glass fiber and polymer. It replaces steel wire mesh, is non-corrosive, 5 times lighter than steel, 2 times stronger than steel, and does not conduct heat.

✔ 50x50 mm, 100x100 mm, 150x150 mm, 200x200 mm
✔ Diameter range: 2-8 mm
GFRP mesh with a smaller diameter can replace steel wire mesh!
HARDmesh® GFRP Mesh has demonstrated high efficiency in plaster reinforcement for industrial and warehouse premises.

GFRP mesh HARDmesh® delivery
Since steel wire mesh is delivered in sheets and has much weight, then a truck or lorry with high loading capacity will be required for transportation, it will also require several loaders or handlers if the purpose is to load and unload quickly.
At the same time, GFRP mesh HARDmesh® delivery will require just a car with low loading capacity, since GFRP mesh weight is 9 times lower than of steel wire mesh! It will also require 1 person for fast loading and unloading, as GFRP mesh is delivered in coils and such a coil of 60 sq. m. can be easily lifted even by a child. As a result, delivery turns out to be significantly cost effective and easy!
